Would you spend $100 to stop Pelosi?

No, not to defeat her for re-election, but to prevent her from becoming Speaker again. The way to do that is to help elect people who will not vote for her to be Speaker. There are 45 Democratic house seats in play for 2010. Each of these districts need $100,000 injected into an opponent's race against these incumbents to have any chance of success. That comes to 45,000 people willing to pony up $100 to stop Pelosi and the left wing juggernaut.

So why not just donate the $100 to the Republican House Campaign Committee? That committee will use part of the money to protect incumbent Republicans. If an incumbent Republican cannot win re-election in 2010, their cause is already hopeless. All that is required is to set up a Stop Pelosi Political Action Committee that is committed to spending its money in these 45 districts and nowhere else.

Of course, money alone will not do it. We need to recruit top notch candidates who can win and lots of volunteers to help them. Having been a congressional campaign manager a few times, I can assure you that offering a potential candidate $100,000 start up funds is one heck of an encouragement. Not only that, we can approach the Republican House Campaign Committee to match that $100,000 the minute the candidate files or wins any primary election as the case may be. They are willing to put money into campaigns that are going somewhere.

For an analysis of why these 45 districts are in play, see: http://www.marstonchronicles.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=85&Itemid=187. Look up your state and see if you can help win these districts. If you live in one of these and know a lot of people, consider running yourself. At least you can volunteer to help out a winning candidate. For some reason, the table is spaced way down the page.

This is a great site that you have here. It's important that you have a site that focuses on both sides, so keep up the good work. I have a site myself where people can voice their opinion and debate on some of the most controversial topics out there today.

Anyway, good work and maybe we can do a link exchange or something.

Sincerely,
Jason
